By Charles Lee Most popular type of oyster knife I've seen in restaurants. Works fine and great as an additional knife but I prefer a 4" oyster in general, less wear on hands especially when you have long fingers in my opinion. Also, I prefer the red to the white restaurant standards, hides the stains better. |
