By Harry Ong We only serve 2 items on our menu requiring a steak knife. These knives are lighter in weight than I would like, but a reasonable value for the price. They look nice but have somewhat cheap feel. If you serve a lot of steaks and chops, I would recommend you pay more for higher quality knife. |
