By david carroll This mat is the perfect size for large amounts of fondant. I couldn't find a smooth silicone mat that was large enough to roll out fondant for a 12 - 14 inch cake until I ran across the Ateco 697. Now I just roll it out, flip the mat over the cake then peel it off. Trim, smooth and decorate. Easy as pie (cake) :^) |
