By Roberta Gettemeier From Lix Frozen Custard I purchased this freezer to replace my Nelson B2. I was going to buy another Nelson at about $1700.00 when I came across this item at $899.00. I compared specs to specs and each was comparable to the other. When we received it and started using it, the freezer didn't appear to be running right. Contacted the Webstaurant store and the manufacturer contacted me asap and sent a repair guy out within 24 hours. Turned out there was tape on the fan blade for shipping that we didn't remove. LOL. This freezer has run like a champ ever since and I will be purchasing a second one shortly. Great service, prompt delivery, competent staff.
By Jeff Burrus From Fox and Hound Restaurant Works well! Be careful with moving this unit around. The condenser coils are not protected well. Be careful or you could damage them. But, once it is in place, no issues. |
