I have 2 of the 7-inch aluminum frying pans and I love them. They are excellent when for when you need to fry something small like a chop or a steak. Usually I used a 10-inch frying pan for something like that, but the 10-inch pan is rather heavier and uses more space, plus it takes more time to clean. With the 7-inch pan, frying and cleaning the pan only gets easier. The price is very nice and the quality is very good. I use these pan in my home kitchen and I love them. They are simple and fry things very well.
