By John D Procidano From PROCIDANO Unlike sheets found in stores that most people use the half Size Stainless sheets heat more evenly. However, making cookies that generally take 8 to 10 mins now take 12 to 15 mins. The idea is/are the results, and with Stainless Steel the results are above all other sheets.

If our Heroine ever saw this Pan, she'd certainly be tempted to add it to her Arsenal. It's HEAVY ! Really ! I've never seen anything like this in any Mall Store. It's smooth, strong, and did I mention - HEAVY ! Would buy again - except considering it will probably outlive me I won't have to !
