  Aluminum Clad Stainless Steel - By fusing an aluminum base to a stainless steel pan, aluminum clad stainless steel fry pans have the excellent heat conduction of aluminum with the durability of a stainless steel fry pan.
  Carbon Steel - Carbon steel cookware is made of thin rolled or hammered sheets of material, which allows the fry pan to heat more rapidly than other materials while maintaining the excellent durability of steel. Carbon steel is often used in induction ready cookware due to its magnetic properties.
