By Kay Jones This Carlisle Coldmaster Cold Food Pan is excellent!!! We own several of these and keep them on our kitchen counters for quickly plating our cold side dishes. No more running to the fridge or pre-portioning foods that you may not use. These truly stay cold too! Our local health dept. tests them every time they are inspecting and the temp. is always right on! We love these cold pans.
By Sara Johannes Great for keeping things cold and/or frozen at off site events. Durable and easy to clean. Only drawback is you cannot fit a lot in them, but I guess thats the tradeoff of keeping the item cold.
