By Alexander Gorodetskiy This is an excellent deep-fryer for heavy/commercial use. The vats can accommodate a lot of contents such as french fries, onion rings, nuggets and chicken cuts. The quality is very high with this item since it is made by Garland. It is made mostly from very sturdy stainless steel and feels as a solid deep fryer that can withstand serious use.
By Tom Bellucco After a few test runs I've got the hang of this fryer, and am enjoying it more and more! We've made fried cakes, hushpuppies, and of course lots of french fries! Give the unit plenty of time to heat the oil. I'm looking forward to doing my own chicken wings and lots of other goodies but so far the fried cakes were the best! :) |
