I looked around for quite a while and found this one to be the most reasonably priced and most reliable. I would reccomend this unit for anyone looking for a nice compact table top electric fryer.

Give the unit plenty of time to heat the oil. I'm looking forward to doing my own chicken wings and lots of other goodies but so far the fried cakes were the best! :)
