The container is also microwave-safe and is great for warming up thins like macaroni & cheese, mashed potatoes, rice, patties and chicken nuggets. I use these lids with the 16oz microwaveable plastic deli containers, that are also sold here The Webstaurant Store. The lids are great for sealing the containers and making them safe for external contamination. These lids are also compatible with the 8oz and 32oz plastic containers. The lids are strong and do not break and they are easy to put on and off the containers.

These are perfect for salad dressings and the lids seal nicely on them. I like that you can see what is inside them, because that saves on labeling. I use them for salad toppings, dressings, or even salsas. I would recommend these and will be buying more of these.
