By Gregory Doura From Chepachet Deli This fryer is great. The heatup and recovery time is excellent. Its easy to clean and Maintain. I looked around for quite a while and found this one to be the most reasonably priced and most reliable. I would reccomend this unit for anyone looking for a nice compact table top electric fryer.
By Alexander Gorodetskiy This is an excellent deep-fryer for heavy/commercial use. The vats can accommodate a lot of contents such as french fries, onion rings, nuggets and chicken cuts. The quality is very high with this item since it is made by Garland. It is made mostly from very sturdy stainless steel and feels as a solid deep fryer that can withstand serious use.
By Tom Bellucco After a few test runs I've got the hang of this fryer, and am enjoying it more and more! We've made fried cakes, hushpuppies, and of course lots of french fries! Give the unit plenty of time to heat the oil. I'm looking forward to doing my own chicken wings and lots of other goodies but so far the fried cakes were the best! :)
