I've only used webstaurant's floss sugar in my machine and it made double the size cotton candy they show on youtube instructional video. It's really fluffy and I can make professional style cotton candy any time. A tip I found, if you just hold the cone over the spinner and keep twirling the cone instead of running it inside the machine, it works so much better and you'll get great results. Thanks webstaurant! Your banana sugar floss is awesome!
