By Heidi Smit Our church has been using this urn for about six months and we love it. It looks great (sleek and shiny). Also, we can store it in a lower cabinet all set up, all together, unlike the larger urns which don't fit in a standard cupboard with the cover on. Note that for those once-in-a-blue-moon times when you want to set up ahead of time, because the brew baskets sits low, you will get slightly less than the max 55 cups--about 45--otherwise the basket will touch the water. This is a great product for this price, especially if you need a good amount of coffee but don't want to break out the 100-cup urn. Highly recommended.
