I've only used webstaurant's floss sugar in my machine and it made double the size cotton candy they show on youtube instructional video. It's really fluffy and I can make professional style cotton candy any time. A tip I found, if you just hold the cone over the spinner and keep twirling the cone instead of running it inside the machine, it works so much better and you'll get great results.
