Highly Recommended Forschner Victorinox Fibrox Chef’s Knife $25.33 Comments: One tester summed it up: “Premium-quality knife at a bargain price.” Knives costing four times as much would be hard pressed to match its performance. The blade is curved and sharp; the handle comfortable. Overall, “sturdy” and “well balanced.”
By Not Entered Very few products give "bang for the buck" but this is one of them. Got mine for $18.26 at Bed Bath & Beyond with a 20% off coupon and a price match...don't spend big bucks on a name...get this one!
By Not Entered A great knife. I have used this knife for about 5 years and it is one of the best knives I have used, especially for the price. I am a big guy, so the 10" works well for me, but I would trust any of these Forschner knives.
By Dana Kuttler The no-slip handle is fantastic - I can grab it with a wet hand and slice with confidence. And the blade is fantastic - holds an edge really well. My housemate described it as "Like cutting cucumbers with a laser!"
