The photo is actually deceiving, because they have a white paper liner inside the foil, which makes them sturdier. The paper liner is attached, and I'm not sure if it comes off, but I wouldn't take it out anyway. These liners are much better quality than the ones you find at grocery stores.
By Jennifer Vail Thick, substantial cups, they allowed for perfectly done cupcakes without too much browning. Cupcakes slide right out without having to peel. They fit perfectly in a standard muffin pan.
