By patrick reber From great gardens cafe I personally cant tell too much of a difference in the way my breads age using these bags versus other bread bags, but they do make a great presentation when customers purchase whole loafs and rolls from us.
By Anna Strahs I used this for my smaller artisan loaves, and these bags did a great job of keeping the tops and bottoms crispy, while the inside stayed soft and delicious! This is a great thing, considering all my bread is gluten free, and keeping them fresh is sometimes a challenge. I'll definitely be buying these again.
