By David Deese I've never used these pans for pizza, but they do wonders for cake layers. I always line them so that they don't stick, and they always come out great.
By Jennifer Wales The pan was a little thinner than I had expected but cooks evenly and works great. I like to use it for both regular and deep dish pizza since it provides a soft bottom crust. I have also used it to make a large chocolate chip cookie. The tapered edge makes it easy to remove whatever is baked in the pan. |
