By chuck fleming Just made a two teer german chocolate cake with this pan. It's not as heavy as my 9" pan, but produced one of the most amazing cakes that I have ever made on the first try. The batter was cooked evenly throughout, yet very moist. Got rave reviews from those who tried the cake. Some even went back multiple times and could not stay away. Very pleased with this product. Price is identical to some other stores locally, but so much is offered on this site. It is my one stop shopping, and delivery is quick and easy.

By John Fruits We were searching for the perfect pans for use in a Hatco Flavr-Saver hot food merchandiser. These were it. We have the smaller model and it doesn't take half sheet pans. A quick vist to the webstaurantstore and I found these and they are the perfect size, a quarter pan wastes too much merchandising space. These are very heavy and well made, I plan to order some of the blue and white checked sandwich wraps to use as pan liners. |
