Keep crumbs in tack and crispi bottoms in place without burning. Also works fantastic on Frozen Pizza providing a crisp bottom crust with a tender and bubbly edge crusts!!! I love it!!

By Andrea Hardee These screens are easy to use, but not so easy to clean. I've used them for grilling and baking. They are fabulous for baking pizza and free form loaves of bread if you don't have a peel. Baked goods have not stuck to the screen if lubricated or placed very lightly on top. Slowed cooking time when used on grill (which I found to be positive). |
