I am a residential customer, but this coupe bowl, in both Fleur pattern and a previous ARCOROC pattern called ASPEN, has been the most used plate in our house for the last 15 years. Most nights we fill them with salad greens, sprinkle meats, cheeses, nuts and veggies on top, add a bit of dressing, and everyone is good-to-go. They work well for curry or chili over rice, sauces over pastas, a main dish next to a small salad, almost anything we eat except a piece of meat that will be cut right on the plate. If the kids carry these plates around, or eat on the couch, they are much harder to spill than a regular plate, and they are easier to eat out of than a regular bowl, because the food is spread out more. Ours have been through hundreds and hundreds of washes, and look nearly new. Last week we stayed at a B&B in Vienna, Austria, and they used the bowls, coupes and dishes at the breakfast buffet, and they looked so nice! The clear pattern blends well with any china pattern.
