I leave them in bulk bags of sugar or cornstarch to scoop the contents into more manageable containers. Cheap enough to buy a lot and avoid having to washing them after each use!

But this time they got it RIGHT. As a former Plastics Engineer I've got to tell you, PolyCarbonate is one strong resin. This scoop is not going to break unless you drive over it. But the choice of material is just the beginning. Inside the contours are smooth, seamless, and gently rounded for both function and ease of cleaning. And at the very tip, the Designers thinned the edge, right in the center. This allows the Scoop to dispense the contents with precision other Scoops can only dream of. With hardly any effort you'll find many uses for these. Flour, Sugar, Pet Food, Detergent, Sidewalk Melting Salt - once you have this Scoop you'll find yourself buying more !
