These San Jamar RCU642 Rapi-Kool 64 oz. rapid cooling paddles are a great way to reduce the amount of time that foods are in the temperature danger zone during their transition from cooking to refrigerated storage! Simply fill the paddles with water up to the fill line--a helpful mark that prevents damage resulting from overfilling--and freeze before using to quickly stir and cool hot liquids. Each paddle has unique cooling fins that provide maximum surface area for faster chilling. This two-pack includes two extra caps and one smart chart that serves as a visual representation of how to use the Rapi-Kool cooling paddles.

This rapid cooling paddle has a smooth exterior that not only makes it easy to remove foods to reduce waste, but also makes it easy to clean and sanitize. It is made of durable polycarbonate to stand tough against freezing-heating cycles and is also dishwasher safe. NSF Listed.
