Easily process a wide array of fruits and vegetables in your commercial establishment using the Robot Coupe CL40 continuous feed food processor! Able to prepare up to 100 servings in 30 minutes, this sturdy unit features a stainless steel and plastic feed attachment with an all metal body for maximum durability, plus a powerful fan-cooled 1 HP motor. The two feed tube openings accommodate a variety of items, and all attachments may be easily removed for cleaning.

A 4 mm slicing disc and a 2 mm grating disc are included so you can begin processing right away! Additional results may be achieved through the use of over 20 optional processing discs, including dicing and french fry cuts (sold separately). See Companion Items for compatible discs.

The Robot Coupe CL40 is ETL Listed and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional information.
