Your Robot Coupe food processor's slicer plate will wear down over time, and if the knife on that plate is damaged or has already been sharpened as often as it can tolerate, this 29780 replacement knife is just what you need! This knife comes with 2 screws so you can easily swap it out with the one that came on select slicing plates (or the slicing plate in select dicing kits) and get back to creating crisp, clean slices every time.

This replacement knife is compatible with the following slicing discs:
- 28128 5mm slicing disc
- 28129 8 mm slicing disc
- 28131 14 mm slicing disc
- 28132 20 mm slicing disc
- 28133 25 mm slicing disc

These slicing discs are also used in select "Series D" dicing kits.

Please Note: Before ordering this part, look at the bottom side of your disc and check the knife. If there is no number printed on it, order this part. If there is a different part number printed on it, order that part number instead.
