This 3 compartment prep / pot sink with
one drainboard from Regency Tables and
Sinks is constructed from high-quality 16-
gauge type 304 stainless steel. This
gauge is thicker and much more durable
than many similar sinks that are
available--they're made from thinner, 18-
gauge
material. Additionally, type 304 stainless
steel is exceptionally
corrosion-resistant.
Each
compartment of this sink is
14" deep for enhanced functionality, and
die-stamped to a minimum of 1/4" to
ensure proper drainage. Each
compartment
measures 18" wide, and 24" front-to-back,
with a 3 1/2" basket strainer, and 2" of
separation between
compartments. For easy cleaning, each compartment has rounded corners.
The backsplash is
10" tall, and has two, 1 1/8" diameter holes
punched for a faucet (not included). The
sturdy drainboard measures approximately
18" long x 26" front-to-back. It's also dipped
a minimum of 1/4" to facilitate better
drainage.
This 3 compartment
sink with drainboard features a 1 1/2"
raised rolled edge, which is 2" tall on the
front and both sides to contain splashes
and overflow. The legs are constructed of 1
5/8" diameter galvanized steel with
stainless steel leg sockets and adjustable
plastic feet.
The overall exterior
dimensions of this Regency 3
compartment sink with one drainboard is
78 1/2" long x 29 1/2" deep x 43 3/4" high
(including backsplash). The deck height is
approximately 34". NSF listed. For

specification sheet. Choose either Left or
Right drainboard.

Considering our ten seater restaurant, and how expensive an industrial dishwasher is, this 3 bay sink is perfect. It is easy to use, efficient and easy to clean.

This is great and definitely up to all health codes. if you want efficient and effective cleaning then this is for sure the way to go!
