Regal Tarragon is the slender, dark green leaves of a member of the aster family. It is known for its hint of anise flavor as well as being bittersweet with a slight hint of licorice.

Regal Tarragon works well in many recipes, particularly salads, vegetables, poultry, eggs, sauces, and seafood. The French view tarragon as the "King of Herbs" because of its significance in classic French cuisine.
