Regal cilantro is perfect for Southwestern or Mexican dishes.
With a vibrant green coloring and strong aroma and taste, Regal cilantro can be added to many different foods or sauces. The peppery, slightly citrusy taste pairs well with the spicy flavors associated with Mexican cuisine. It can be used to enhance and liven up spicy foods, but cilantro should be used sparingly since its strong flavor can be overpowering.

"This Cilantro is one excellent product! I have gotten to the point where I won't use any other brands. We use it on all kinds of things we make but particularly in our taco-pizza bread. It is excellent! Great price too!"Read More Reviews
Dry, Flaky Consistency
Cilantro comes from the same plant as coriander, with the leaves and stems giving you the flavor of cilantro. These leaves have been dried to preserve the flavor for a longer period of time.
Bold Citrusy Flavor
Cilantro has a bold flavor that tastes of citrus and parsley. It also has a bite that some people think tastes "soapy."
Great in Mexican Cuisine
Cilantro is a popular ingredient in Mexican, Latin American, and Caribbean foods like salsa, guacamole, and soups.

Tasty cilantro, love to have it to put into soup mostly and so much more convenient to have it dried so its there when you need it and not going bad in the fridge forgotten about

This is a great value. For this price, I would have received about 75% less product from a local store. The cilantro is bright green and vibrant. It adds a nice touch of color and flavor when needing this dried herb.

This is a decent Cilantro flake. Quality seems to be good, not crazy stalks or sticks, lots of leaves. A simple taste test shows that its a good flavor. Not as strong as fresh, but has a cilantro taste. I use more than I would if it was fresh. Comes out good.

This 1 oz container of cilantro was a great price compared to local stores. It also seems to be of good quality. I would definitely buy this again.

This Cilantro is a must have in for mexican food. Great fresh flavor in combination with great texture. Compact packaging is great for small operation or home.

Cilantro is a must have for any Mexican dish. The dried version lasts longer than the fresh kind, so it's easier to keep this on hand. Good flavor and good price! Note, you'll have to use the pour spot and not the shaker side on the container.

This is great for most recipes including soup. We buy fresh but at times run short or need in a hurry. Perfect substitute for many recipes

I love this dried cilantro as it has a great flavor and it retain most of the color, most importantly the freshness. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I made cilantro-like rice, and it didn't work very well. I bloomed the flakes in warm chicken stock before adding it to the toasted rice. The cilantro flavor spread throughout the dish, but the actual pieces of rehydrated cilantro took on an unpleasant texture. I added some to a batch of taco homemade seasoning, and it was delicious. I recommend it as a backup flavor, rather than the star of your dish.

Salas and such are just not complete without cilantro. A little does though go a long way so this one ounce should last quite awhile.

Don't let the 1oz mislead you, this is a ton of product. You get much more than the grocery store but for the same or even less cost.

Dried cilantro is in no way the same as fresh cilantro taste wise. With that said I wanted to try this and apply it in some cooking. With fresh cilantro you can just about put in anything to give it a crunch or a light green taste but not so with dried cilantro. It has a strong pungent aroma that makes it hard to work with. So far the only thing I've used it in is soups. The flavor gets crowded at times but that's just a seasoning issue.

We made the first salsa with this cilantro and it turned out pretty well. We had to use about double the amount we use as fresh but it had a god flavor. The extra green made it look nice too.

Cilantro is quite expense, but this amount is good enough for the price. It is used in stews, drinks and as a seasoner in sauces.

When developing a new recipe and needing dried Cilantro, I worried a bit. Have experience from lack luster Cilantro products in the past; however, I am extremely pleased with Regal brand. Great price too!

The Regal Spices Cilantro has become a staple in my cooking. Given how infrequent I cook, it is hard to use bundles of cilantro before it goes bad. However, this spice tastes fresh and adds lots of flavor to my meals. I would recommend it to anyone!

Super happy with this purchase. The cilantro tastes great in guacamole and soups. The prize is great and 1 oz goes a long way for me.

This dried cilantro is perfect if you don't have access to the real deal. I think it tastes great, and for the price it is very affordable.
