Full Height Design

The spacious interior of the cabinet's full height design makes the unit great for high volume businesses. The universal slides are adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, allowing the unit to accommodate full size sheet pans and food pans of any depth. Thanks to the design of the slides, pans can be bottom loaded so there's no interference if the top is covered with foil. Plus, the glass door allows for maximum visibility and easy monitoring.

Innovative Controls

This cabinet features independent analog controls that allow you to set the temperature (80 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit) and humidity level inside the cabinet, ensuring that you can create optimal conditions for holding and proofing. Because this unit features a combination module control, you can control the humidity at low temperatures inside the cabinet. And should you need to service the controls, the entire module pulls out for easy access and faster, cheaper service calls.
