these bags are a great solution for packaging sliced bread, the bread does not sweat in the bag and keeps its crust very nicely. The 11x20 bag fits a 1.5lb bread very well or a dozen dinner rolls.

These are bakery bags with micro-perforations. I put my pretzels in them. It's nice, these bags allow the pretzels to breathe. Bad choice for liquids, though.

We buy these again and again. They are great because they are perforated, but you have to be careful because the bags often break when you pick them up. I wouldn't trade them for non perforated bags, but you have to remind your staff to be careful or all of that fresh baked bread will end up on the floor and that is good for no one!

I personally cant tell too much of a difference in the way my breads age using these bags versus other bread bags, but they do make a great presentation when customers purchase whole loafs and rolls from us.
