This multi-wheel dough cutter features a locking device to assure even and uniform cuts everytime you use it. Simply loosen the set screw, adjust rods to desired spacing, and lock.

Each dough cutter is constructed of stainless steel and features five wheel cutters, 2 1/8" in diameter.
