This Pacific FM-20EHD single speed floor machine delivers all the extra power you need to tackle scarifying, grinding, and sanding applications on concrete or wood floors! Its 1.5 hp motor comes in a totally enclosed, external fan cooled (TEFC) design that prevents sawdust and concrete dust from entering the motor, extending product life even through heavy duty use. An ample 20" diameter pad provides maximum surface coverage, and an epoxy coated cast aluminum base ensures superior durability.
