It also helps avoid the use of excessive amounts of sanitizing agents, to avoid wasting product! Simply remove a strip from the vial, dip the strip into the sanitizing solution for 10 seconds, then instantly compare the resulting color with the color chart.
Accurate
Sanitizer solutions are essential in the food service industry. These strips ensure that those sanitizers are at the proper concentration. For accurate results, the test solution should be between 65 and 75 degrees fahrenheit. Do not test foam. Also, store these test strips away from areas with high humidity or where they may be exposed to water before use, as those conditions may compromise results.
