The Newspring E1002LD ELLIPSO 2 oz clear plastic souffle / portion cup lid breaks away from conventional round souffle cups with a wide oval shape. Its elegant design lets you enhance the presentation of your prized sauces. This flat lid was engineered for a rigid seal and the ability to stack the cups upon each other. The E1002LD lid snaps on tight, making it leak resistant, yet easy to open by hand. Like the souffle cups, the lids are microwavable and economical. Souffle cups are sometimes referred to as portion cups. This particular plastic souffle lid, the Newspring E1002LD, is sold by the case of 1000. The cups are sold separately, item# 128E1002 1M and 128E1002B 1M.
