Our New Check-Out Process


At the WEBstaurant Store, we are constantly looking for ways to make shopping with us easier and more efficient. Because of this, we are happy to announce the unveiling of a new and improved check-out process. We have combined the safety and security of our old check-out process with new functions, quicker processing for registered customers, and even more security.  Please read the descriptions of our new functions below. Keep in mind, these functions are for Registered Customers Only.

Ship-To Functions:

We have also implemented the functionality to allow you to enter and save multiple ship-to addresses and to ship an order to more than one of them at once. Read below for details.

Storing Multiple Ship-To Addresses:

You can now store more than one ship-to address in our system for a single bill-to registered account. In order to do this, while checking out, register with us. If you have already registered with us, you do not need to do so again. You will be prompted to enter one ship-to address, but you can change this after registering. Once you get to the Review Order section of the process, you will see a button to edit your shipping information. Click on this button. Here you can add, delete and edit your ship-to addresses.

Shipping an Order to More than one Ship-To at a Time:

In the same step described above, you can select multiple addresses to ship an order to. Keep in mind, you must ship the entire order to each address you choose. You can select all of the addresses or just two, the number is up to you and your needs. Once you select the addresses, submit the change and then return to the Review Order step of the checkout. At this point, you should be able to scroll down to the bottom of the screen and see a total for each ship-to and a grand total. Each ship-to will be submitted as a separate order and a separate charge on your credit card when you complete the order process.
