The Nemco N55650 Easy Lettuce Kutter features interlocking scalloped blades that cut 1" x 1" squares of cored lettuce without squashing or bruising. The blades on the Nemco N55650 Easy Lettuce Kutter are nested, so there's no flexing or tensioning required, and individually replaceable, so entirely new blade frames don't have to be purchased if just one breaks. There is a manual locking pin on the Nemco N55650 Easy Lettuce Kutter that can be engaged to keep the pusher block safely locked in place. Both the pusher block and the blade assembly on the Nemco N55650 Easy Lettuce Kutter can be removed to make for convenient and simple cleaning. The Nemco N55650 Easy Lettuce Kutter also has an angled, cast aluminum base with non-slip feet for stability. NSF Listed.
