This Nemco N55350A easy cheese blocker cuts cheese blocks down to size in seconds, for more manageable cubing, slicing and shredding. The sturdy, all- stainless steel construction and rigid cutting bow on the N55350A ensure straight, even cuts plus long life. The N55350A has a calibrated, notched, 1/2" cutting guide, that helps to improve consistency and reduce waste. The stainless steel cutting wire on the N55350A is easily replaced. The N55350A processes 40 lb. cheese blocks, 35 lb. cheese wheels or smaller.
