Operating this unit is as simple as flipping the rocker switch to power the unit on. The cabinet will then maintain temperatures at the oven-fresh holding range of 145-187 degrees Fahrenheit, displaying the temperature on a bright digital display for easy monitoring at a distance. If the door is left open or some other malfunction occurs that affects the holding temperature, the cabinet's red service light alerts you so that the problem can be addressed. Guaranteed to provide years of reliable service, this unit's cabinet is made of rugged stainless steel and features a tempered glass door for crystal clear visibility. For added convenience, the door is field reversible so that the opening direction can be switched to accommodate any location! A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
