Bring the convenience of range cooking to your countertop with the Nemco 6310-1 electric countertop hot plate! This compact unit is great for pan frying, sauteing, boiling, and simmering at your serving line, table demonstration, hotel buffet, and more.

The single 8" cast iron French burner delivers quick and easy heat that may be adjusted to one of six settings via a thermostatic control. A thermo-protection device is built in for maximum operator safety. Plus, the burner's solid, spill-proof construction makes cleanup easy when finished! Please note that 120V models are not for use with saucepans over 4 quarts in size.

The Nemco 6310-1 hot plate sits on adjustable feet and is ETL and NSF Listed. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details. Choose voltage.
