The variable temperature settings and commercial-grade stainless steel construction provide uniform heat distribution to eliminate risky temperature drops and unappetizing cold spots, while an ergonomic control dial lets you adjust the temperature up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum warming satisfaction. The Nemco 6301-18-SS features a sleek stainless steel top and sides with rounded corners that wipe down quickly for easy cleaning.
