Give your customers' nacho chips or baked potatoes a zesty kick of heated cheese sauce with this Gold Medal 5300 nacho cheese dispenser bag-style cheese dispenser.

The Gold Medal 5300 nacho cheese dispenser maintains an air-tight control over your cheeses to prevent drying. Thanks to its bag style refilling system, the Gold Medal 5300 nacho cheese dispenser is fast and easy to refill, reducing down time.

Plus, there's virtually no internal cleaning because the bagged cheese never touches the interior machine parts. There's even space to pre-heat a second bag of nacho cheese inside the nacho cheese dispenser.

Three buttons are preset to dispense three different portion sizes, but can be manually reset for timed dispensing or manual pour, to give your customers' a variety of portion options. The Gold Medal 5300 nacho cheese dispenser is UL Listed. See Companion Items for compatible bag cheese refills.

Can I leave the cheese in the dispenser and reuse it?
The cheese has a 3-4 day shelf life if the dispenser is left ON at all times. If you are unplugging the machine at night, refrigerate the cheese. It can be reheated up to 5 times.
What is the shelf life of the cheese once it has been opened?
Opened cheese can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week.
How long does it take to heat a bag of cheese?
It takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes for this dispenser to heat a bag of cheese to 140 degrees.

    Cheese flow is great when you put a fresh bag of cheese in and the tube is fresh. After a couple days the tube drys out and the cheese has trouble flowing freely.

    Thank you for reviewing this product! We recommend cleaning the tube every time you put in a new bag in order to ensure the tube continues dispensing cheese properly. Also, we recommend trying out Gold Medal's bagged cheddar cheese or nacho cheese! Each bag comes with a dispenser tube so you always have a clean tube for your cheese dispenser.
