This holding cabinet features an aluminum exterior and stainless steel interior for outstanding durability. Its magnetic door gasket ensures a tight seal when the door is closed to prevent heat escaping, and a travel latch guarantees the door stays shut during transport. Its 900 watts of heating power are enough to keep food warm without drying them out, while font-mounted controls allow for quick adjustments to heat and humidity. The whole unit is mounted on 5" non-marking swivel neoprene casters for fast and easy movement.
