Thanks to its accurate temperature control and a high performance heating system, your pizzas or other hot foods will stay piping hot in the Metro C5Z69-NDC-UPDC C5 Pizza Series insulated pass-thru holding cabinet! The pass-through design enables this holding cabinet to be placed conveniently between your kitchen and serving or prep area for easy restocking and access. Clear dutch doors keep heat in, and the thermostatically controlled 1950 watt heating elements are adjustable from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum control. Ergonomic, user-friendly controls are top-mounted for easier access and visibility.

The Metro C5 Pizza Series full size insulated holding cabinet has a passive humidity generation system that can be used to add humidity to the cabinet if desired, depending on the products being held. It features universal wire slides that are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments for maximum storage flexibility, while four 5" swivel casters (two with brake) provide easy mobility. Each holding cabinet is made from .063" aluminum with a brushed exterior and natural interior and comes with a 7 1/2' cord with a NEMA 5-20P plug.

The Metro C5Z69-NDC-UPDC C5 Pizza Series insulated holding cabinet is UL and NSF Listed, and requires a 120V electrical connection. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional product details and installation requirements.
