This InterMetro C569-NDS-U full-size holding cabinet provides maximum control, convenience, and usability. You'll save energy thanks to its full perimeter of 1" thick insulation.

Rapid heat-up and recovery times are a result of its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. Top-mounted user-friendly controls are easy to access, read, and clean.

The C569-NDS-U features solid, fully insulated dutch doors, and an aluminum exterior.

The C569- NDS-U has universal wire slides that adjust in 1 1/2" increments, and can hold 18" x 26" sheet pans, and 12" x 20" steam table pans. Since the slides adjust, you can tailor the configuration to fit your particular application.
