The Metro C539-MDC-4 full height holding and proofing cabinet features fixed wire tray slides set on 3" increments, to hold up to 17 full size sheet pans. Patented Insulation Armour technology increases the Metro C539-MDC-4 C5 3 Series heated holding and proofing cabinet's overall energy efficiency, and protects your employees from touching hot surfaces.

The full height Metro C539-MDC-4 heated holding and proofing cabinet's clear polycarbonate dutch doors provide instant product recognition without opening door, reducing heat loss.
