insulated holding cabinet provides

module, suitable for heated holding
applications, features analog temperature
control and a passive humidity
generation.
Because the C539-
HDC-U prioritizes heat generation over
humidity generation, food will stay at the
desired temperature, enhancing food
safety.
The C539-HDC-U features
clear polycarbonate dutch doors, so you
can see what's inside without opening the
door, reducing heat loss.
The
C539-HDC-U has universal adjustable
wire slides that adjust in 1 1/2" increments,
and can hold 18" x 26" sheet pans, and 12"
x 20" steam table pans. Since the slides
adjust, you can tailor the configuration to fit
your particular
application.
