Metro C539-CLDC-L-BU Details
Hold and proof your most popular baked goods in the same unit with the Metro C539-CLDC-L-BU C5 3 Series low wattage heated cabinet! This cabinet features 1440 watts of heating power to ensure consistent, gentle, and even heat throughout the entire body. Its simple bottom-mount controls let you change between proof and hold settings with the turn of a dial, and thanks to its external Insulation Armour, you can be sure this unit will retain heat.
For convenience and accessibility, this holding cabinet has two clear dutch doors on the front. The interior comes with lip load aluminum slides that are spaced in 1 1/2" increments to hold up to 34 full size sheet pans. Underneath the cavity, the thermostatic controls let you adjust temperature between 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while the whole unit is mounted on casters for effortless mobility.
