This InterMetro C539-CFC-U full-size
insulated holding/proofing cabinet
provides maximum control, convenience,
and usability. You'll save energy thanks to
its patent-pending insulation technology. It
keeps the heat in, and provides a cool
touch exterior.
There are three
distinct modules available: combination,
holding, and proofing. Each module
features an easy-to-read digital
thermometer, recessed control dials, and
power indicator lights. The combination
module allows you to switch instantly
between holding and proofing, and has
separate controls for temperature and
humidity levels. The holding module
features analog temperature control and
passive humidity generation. The proofing
module has individual analog temperature
and humidity controls.
Because
the C539-CFC-U prioritizes heat
generation over humidity generation, food
will stay at the desired temperature,
enhancing food safety.
The C539-
CFC-U features clear polycarbonate doors,
so you can see what's inside without
opening the door, reducing heat
loss.
The C539-CFC-U has
universal adjustable wire slides that adjust
in 1 1/2" increments, and can hold 18" x
26" sheet pans, and 12" x 20" steam table
pans. Since the slides adjust, you can
tailor the configuration to fit your particular
application.

About Common Carrier Shipments:
We want your delivery to go smoothly, so we kindly ask that you read the
following tips:
(1) When your delivery arrives, how are you going to remove it from the delivery truck? Please keep in mind that the truck driver does not have to help you. Since you are reading this, it is likely that you are ordering an item that is heavy or bulky. If this is the case, we highly recommend that you select the lift gate delivery option when you place your order. This will ensure that the truck that makes your delivery is equipped with a lift gate which can safely lower heavy freight from the truck down to ground level. If you have a delivery dock or a forklift it is likely that you do not need a lift gate delivery. Not sure if you need a lift gate? Please contact us before you place your order, and we will be glad to make a recommendation.
(2) Have a plan in place for getting equipment into your building and set in place. This is completely your responsibility. The truck driver definitely will not help with this! Check the spec sheet before placing your order, to ensure that it will physically fit through your doorways, under ceilings, etc.
(3) When your delivery arrives you will be asked to sign the bill of lading. By signing the bill of lading, you are saying that you have received the product, and it is in good condition. So it is very important that you inspect your merchandise before you sign for it! If there is any damage to the product or the packaging, you must write “Product Damaged” clearly on the bill of lading before signing it! Following these instructions will make it possible for us to help you resolve the problem.
(4) We ship via a variety of freight carriers. We want you to be prepared to receive your delivery when it arrives, so we won’t “keep you in the dark!” We will email the freight carrier name and tracking number to you on the business day after your product ships.
