for convenient under-the-
counter use and storage. The
C190 can handle 18" x 26"
bun
pans, 12" x 20" steam table
pans. The C190 holding cabinet has
insulated
walls and a gasketed door
that allows maximum heat
retention, and the magnetic
door lock makes sure it
stays
shut. Non-marking neoprene
casters, (two with brakes)
permit easy maneuverability
of the C190, and the handy
kick-latch allows for hands-
free opening. The C190 comes
with a water pan to prevent
drying of certain foods, and
is made of stainless steel
for simple clean up. The
overall dimensions of the
C190 are 28 5/8"W x 29 1/4"D x 30 1/4"H or
22 1/4"H on the
inside, and is 120V and
1400W.
